Anne is the owner of Happy Sol Yoga studio. She has enjoyed her journey from being a student to now being one of the instructors at this studio. Anne started working on her 200 RYT in April 2014 and should have her completed certificate by April 2015. She loves how yoga has strengthened her from the inside out. Anne currently teaches traditional vinyasa classes and leads guided meditations. She is excited to learn more about yoga with each class she attends and by working with more students. "It is a full-body workout as well as a wonderful mental challenge. You never stop learning in yoga, and I love that!"
Having consistent workout and physical activity as an important part of her life, Mary started long distance running in 2004 and ran her first half marathon in 2005. Under the teaching and encouragement of Margaret Lonadier, Mary practiced yoga regularly, benefiting herself and her running. After being introduced to hot yoga in Fayetteville by fellow yogi, Shiloh Hunsaker, they decided to introduce the classes to Harrison, teaching the rewards of proper stretching and detoxing. Now, eight full marathons and five years later, Mary is still just as passionate about sharing with everyone her love of yoga and its many benefits. She believes that "a healthy spine is the fountain of youth!"
